Ashvini Mashru, MA, RD, LDN is a nationally recognized, award winning Registered Dietitian and has been featured in many international, national and local publications via, magazines, TV and radio. She was named Today’s Dietitian Magazine Top 10 Dedicated Dietitians 2017 in the Nation, Power Woman 2016 by Main Line Today Magazine, Face of Nutrition, Healthy Eating and Wellness 2017 by Main Line Today Magazine, voted "The Best of" Main Line, Best Dietitian/Nutritionist 2015 and 2016 by Main Line Times and Main Line Parent Magazine and was a nominee for Philly Health Hero Challenge 2014. Ashvini holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Immaculata University, Immaculata, Pennsylvania and also completed a dietetic internship. She also completed her Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from Commission on Dietetic Registration. She is an ACE® - Certified Personal Trainer and a Wellcoaches® - Certified Professional Health and Wellness Coach and specializes in weight loss and weight management.
